Chris Menis started his DJ career in 1996 and quickly established himself with residencies at the legendary Gravity and Elysium clubs.

Known simply for the amount of energy he put into his sets and the ability to read a crowd, Chris quickly became a crowd favorite. At the age of 17, Chris began to play abroad touring the UK playing at events including Future Dance at Bagleys film studios, Bowlers in Manchester and The Aquarium Club East London to name a few, sharing the stage with the UK’s masters of dance.

In 1998 Chris discovered House music and by 1999, with his new musical passion he began to blend uplifting House and Trance. Chris’s popularity grew stronger through his residency at Perth’s Rise nightclub, supporting some of the worlds super acts such as Ferry Corsten, CJ Bolland, Robert Miles and Paul Van Dyk.

Production wise, Menis has sold records all over the world with his releases on UK record labels Blatant Beats, Notorious Vinyl and Hechtech records. He has also had his collaboration with Marc Smith, ‘Thick and Fast’, featured on the worlds most successful Hardcore mix series – Bonkers.

Today, Chris is one of Perth’s most traveled DJ’s regularly playing on the East coast Dj circuit including events such as Two Tribes and Utopia alongside names like Mauro Picotto, BT, Tomcraft and Fergie.

With over a decade of professional experience and literally 100’s of performances under his belt, Chris brings a wealth of experience and a versatile approach to create a lively atmosphere in any venue.
